How criminal-defense fees are structured
Criminal defense is not a one-day service: review, investigation and trial may last for months. Below are reference prices for common tasks; the final fee depends on the character and complexity of the case.

The fee is determined after reviewing the situation and depends on the volume of materials, the complexity of the charges, the number of episodes, and the anticipated duration of the work. The amount and payment procedure are set out in the agreement and cannot be changed unilaterally.
Initial assessment
The circumstances are described by phone or through the form. After that, you receive an estimate of the scope of work and the logic of the fee calculation.
Fixed in the agreement
The amount and the payment procedure are fixed in the legal-services agreement. This keeps the commercial terms transparent from the start of the work.
Payment procedure
The format and schedule of payment are agreed before work begins, taking the scope of the case into account. Once stated in the agreement, the terms cannot be changed unilaterally.
